Creative Activities for Children and Parents with a Therapy Dog

What are the benefits of raising a child with a dog?

How can developing critical thinking, problem solving, increasing motivation, cooperation, interpersonal relationships, recognizing emotions and expressing them? How can all these become playful activities in children’s daily life in cooperation with their pets?

This seminar is mainly addressed to parents of children with typical and atypical development, who want to include in their daily routines a new way of communication and learning for their children with the help of their pets.

Some of the modules that will be developed in this seminar concern how children can learn through creative work and active learning activities with their dog to develop vocabulary, express emotions, increase focus of attention and enhance communication skills.
